These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.
2. Products and Prices
Our products include apparel and art prints made with print-on-demand technology. All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those displayed at the time of order.
Product images are representative. There may be slight color variations due to monitor settings or printing process.
3. Orders and Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with purchase details. This email constitutes acceptance of the sales contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- Product unavailability
- Price or description errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Other methods available at checkout
All payments are processed securely through certified gateways. We do not store your credit card data.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand) and shipped by our production partners.
Production time: 2-10business days
Shipping time:
- Italy: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 10-20 business days
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) - 14 DAYS
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send a clear communication via email to: melisamara.91@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt
- Return the product in original condition, unused and with tags intact
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
Refund: We will refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the order.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or items made to customer specifications.

7. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or incorrect products:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
- We will provide free replacement or full refund
- Return shipping costs are covered by us
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or model, make a return and place a new order.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years under EU consumer law.
In case of defects of conformity, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- Price reduction or contract termination (if repair/replacement impossible)
9. Liability
Mara-Amara is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure events
- Damage caused by improper use of the product
- Minor color variations due to monitors or printing
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on the site are protected by copyright and owned by Mara-Amara or respective authors.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy and Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR.
12. Dispute Resolution
Applicable law: Italian law
Jurisdiction: Court of Oristano, unless otherwise provided by law for consumers
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): You can file a complaint with the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the update date.
